Pichel follows him gameplan and puts the pressure on Saunders. Saunders has some effective counterstrikes but gets put up against the cage. he reverses and puts Pichel on the ground. Pichel gets up and Saunders breaks away. Pichel closes in and puts Saunders on the cage but gets reversed again. And we’re back on the feet; the pattern continues. Pichel begins to take a lot of damage putting Saunders against the cage. Pichel unloads! Big shots! He gets Saunders down! They’re back up and Pichel continues forward until the bell.
-TUF 15 Quarterfinals-
Al Iaquinta vs. Andy Ogle
Official: Round 1 – TKO 4:44, Al Iaquinta
Even exchanges on the feet to start. Ogle is light on the outside, Iaquinta is walking him down from the center. Ogle’s face is notorious for showing damage. Iaquinta seems to be getting the better of him, easily timing when he comes forward. Ogle still lands big shots of his own. Ogle goes down! He’s still in it but Iaquinta is on top! He gets up and is sent back down. Hard. Deadly Elbow there. Day-um!
